Vacancy: Head of operations at World Archery Excellence Centre

The World Archery Excellence Centre is advertising for a full-time head of operations to take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the world-class sports facility in the Olympic Capital of Lausanne, organising the provision of its catalogue of services and programmes.

It is an exciting opportunity with overall responsibility for marketing, staff scheduling, budgeting and customer experience.

A full-time role (40 hours per week) based on-site at the World Archery Excellence Centre, which is managed by the foundation for international archery development (FIDTA), the position may require some shift hours in the evenings and weekends.

The successful applicant will have experience working in customer services and be fluent in French and English, both oral and written. Interest in archery and sport is required, as well as bachelor-level education.
