Vacancy: National youth performance coach in Switzerland

Swiss Archery is advertising for a new coach for its national youth teams, working within the country’s new high-performance and talent progression structure. The role, which is expected to work up to full time (80-100%), is permanent.

The successful applicant will be tasked with the technical supervision of national and regional athletes. Additional responsibilities will include training coaches in clubs and at performance centres.

The position requires a recognised coaching diploma, technical knowledge of competitive archery, as well as proficiency in German or French.
