Vacancy: Talent development coach in the Netherlands
The Dutch archery federation is advertising for a new coach for its national talent development programmes, working hand-in-hand with the archery training centres and the clubs. The role, which is expected to work up to 38 hours a week, is a one-year contract with possible renewal until Paris 2024, and then for the next Olympic cycle.
The successful applicant will be tasked with identifying, supporting and educating young archers towards high level performance. Additional responsibilities will include working with the federation’s national and regional coaches, experts and partners.
The position requires a recognised diploma as an archery trainer and experience in national or international competitive archery.
