Vacancy: Archery GB to hire communities and engagement manager
Archery GB has advertised for a communities and engagement manager to join its headquarters staff on an up to full-time basis, with a minimum of two days per week in the office, to service archery’s core community across the UK.
The role includes building the federation’s understanding of its audience, empowering the 55+ age group, identifying niche and priority groups for growth, and developing schemes with volunteers to strengthen the archery community.
The successful applicant will have understanding of the sports and voluntary sectors, development pathways, communications and insights, and have proven leadership experience.
