Archery Denmark voted federation of the year at Danish Olympic Committee conference

Archery Denmark was named federation of the year the Danish Olympic Committee’s congress on 20 June, receiving a diploma and 13,000 EUR prize.
The governing body was lauded for its strategic work developing archery, particularly for its flexibility in developing new pathways into the sport.
Federations representing 62 sports are members of the Danish Olympic Committee.
Archery Denmark president Morten Holm-Nielsen said: “It’s a huge honour for us, and big recognition of our members and volunteers in the Danish archery clubs.”
“We have been struggling over the past months during the COVID-19 crisis so this is really something to lift the spirit in our organisation.
