The World Archery office is in the Olympic capital of Lausanne, Switzerland.
World Archery’s headquarters are located in Maison du Sport International in the Olympic Capital of Lausanne, Switzerland and are staffed by a multi-cultural workforce that works both in the office and remotely.

The staff are managed by the secretary general’s office and organised into four departments:

- Communications and broadcast
The World Archery Excellence Centre, the purpose-built facility for archery development also in Lausanne, operates with an independent staff.
Secretary general’s office
After graduating with a Master of Engineering in IT, Tom worked for SWIFT in the financial sector. In 1996, he became executive director of World Archery, moved the organisation’s headquarters from Milan to Lausanne and began building a permanent staff. Tom worked at WADA from 2002 to 2005, before rejoining World Archery as secretary general. Tom has been a national archery champion in several disciplines.
Sandrine first joined World Archery when the federation moved to Lausanne in 1996, staying until 2001. She rejoined from 2007 to 2012 as an events coordinator and then again in 2024 as executive assistant. Holding a business degree, she has also held various administrative, human resources and marketing roles for national and international organisations.
Administration department
Following her studies in business administration, Caroline worked for various multinational companies in Europe and the Americas. She started working in the office in 2002.
An experienced programmer, Matteo leads the development of the open-source i@nseo software. He joined World Archery in 2014.
Jenny worked for business travel agency Carlson Wagonlit before joining World Archery in 2011. Her initial role was focused on travel booking but has since expanded to including staff well-being.
After graduating from studies in trade and economy, Séverine worked for business travel agency Carlson Wagonlit before joining World Archery 2009. She is passionate about sports and previously practised synchronised skating.
Marina completed a secretarial course at the Commercial College of Bristol and subsequently worked at a law office in the United Kingdom. She has extensive expertise in administrative and office management in both Portugal and Switzerland. Marina joined World Archery in 2023.
Member services department
Constance graduated with a PhD in political science before working for the European Parliament and the Canadian Embassy in France. Within archery, she held technical, coaching and leadership roles in France for over 25 years before acting as a World Archery committee member from 2021 to 2024, when she joined the office. Still a practising archer, Constance has won several national medals.
Dominique joined the French archery federation board in 1999, World Archery’s para committee in 2013 and has acted as a technical delegate at several international events including the Paralympic Games. He has worked as a project management consultant and independent trainer since 2007, and joined the office in 2024.
Cecilia is an experienced sports administrator who previously worked at UCI and the United Nations. She is originally from Bolivia and speaks English, Spanish and French. Cecilia joined World Archery in 2021.

Events and marketing department
Thomas studied business administration and had a successful career as an archer in the French team, winning a world team silver medal in 2009, before joining the World Archery office in 2012. He started as an intern, became assistant to the secretary general and then marketing services coordinator before moving to the events department.
Karim holds a bachelor’s in international hospitality management from Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne as well as a Diploma of Advanced Studies HES-SO in managing a luxury company. His professional experience includes financial consultancy at KPMG; promotion and public relations at Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne; sponsoring, hospitality and events management at UBS, and international sports management at GPS Performance.
Communications and broadcast department
Chris has professional experience in publishing and as a member of the sports department at the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. He joined World Archery full-time in 2014. Chris was an archer and irregularly still shoots a bow.
Ludivine is a successful petanque player and has been a member of the Swiss national team, on and off, since 1995. She studied English linguistics and literature along with social communications before joining the World Archery office in 2003.
After graduating from studies in film production, Ollie worked in London and Melbourne, covering a variety of sports as a cameraman, editor and producer. After moving to Lausanne, he worked for UEFA as a video editor before joining World Archery in 2022.
Jiwon studied business in Korea before an exchange programme in the Netherlands where she interned in communications. She has worked at sporting events including the 2015 Universiade and 2018 Winter Olympics as an assistant to the Games families. She was an international event and national team coordinator at the Korea Tennis Association before joining World Archery in 2022.
