YOUYI named presenting partner of Indoor Archery World Series
World Archery and YOUYI have entered a five-year agreement to make the Chinese equipment manufacturer the first-ever presenting partner of the Indoor Archery World Series, the sport’s annual mass-participation 18-metre circuit that runs from November to March.
The relationship began for the 2024 season, which recently concluded, and runs through 2028.
As a presenting partner, YOUYI receives on-field exposure at international events, presentation rights for the Indoor Archery World Series open and elite rankings, their related prize cheques and certificates, and a significant digital presence.
The company is contributing towards the operational costs of each indoor stage through the agreement, with a mission to grow the number and geographical spread of events available.
Archery’s indoor circuit attracted more than 6500 entries across five events in 2024.
YOUYI is an archery equipment brand headquartered in the Chinese city of Leling.
The firm currently produces a range of recurve and traditional equipment, and will soon add official target faces having acquired a license as part of this agreement with the international federation.
YOUYI general manager Liu Yongkang said: “YOUYI is very happy to begin this new partnership with World Archery, which signals a new chapter for our company, an archery equipment and service provider.”
“YOUYI is committed to working hard to promote the development of archery worldwide.”
World Archery secretary general Tom Dielen said: “This investment from YOUYI is a strong show of support for the Indoor Archery World Series and our mission to provide a competition platform for aspiring athletes around the globe.”
“In partnership with YOUYI and our organisers, we will continue to grow the circuit both in terms of participation and events.”
