World Archery newsletter: December 2020

World Archery’s monthly newsletter contains information for member associations and officials.

The latest edition for December 2020 issues the World Archery traditional greeting card and a message from World Archery president, a round-up of news published on the World Archery website in the past month and other relevant information:

  • Executive board approving an update to the federation’s mission and vision statements during its virtual meeting held on 12 December 2020.
  • Permanent committees and ad hoc commissions holding joint meetings with than 50 online calls during 15-29 November 2020
  • Rulebook changes taking effect on 1 January 2021.

It also includes an update on events, including the complete list of World Archery events open for bids with deadlines for submission; decisions related to the 2021 Indoor Archery World Series events in Nimes and Las Vegas; and confirmation of the competition programme for archery at the Santiago 2023 Para Pan American Games and Paris 2024 Olympic Games.

There are notices for calls with member associations and webinars for extranet users and Rulebook translators to be held in January 2021 – and a call for donations to the International Paralympic Committee's historical archives.
