World Archery’s monthly newsletter contains information for member associations and officials.

The latest edition for September 2020 has a round-up of news published on the World Archery website in the past month and other relevant information:

  • World Archery joining several United Nations climate change programmes.
  • The launch of new open-source encyclopedia for the sport of archery.
  • The international seminar for elite coaches going virtual in 2020.

It also includes an update on events, including the complete list of World Archery events open for bids with deadlines for submission; notice of archery’s inclusion on the preliminary programme for the 2023 European Games, and a note on the retirement of long-serving staff member Pascal Colmaire from his position as development and education director.

There is also notice of the upcoming member association call on the subject of awards and the indoor season – and an offer from the International Olympic Committee on free internet learning for elite athletes.
