Vacancy: Professional national archery coach in Saudi Arabia

The Saudi Arabian Archery Federation is open to applications for a professional coach for its national team. The successful applicant will be tasked with designing and implementing a high-performance plan to prepare the team for international competition.

Responsibilities of the role also include developing individual training programmes, coaching resident athletes at the national centre, holding clinics for youth archers, and attending international tournaments as required.

The position requires close work with the national domestic committee for the sport and the ability to offer technical advice to the federation.

Applicants must have knowledge of elite archery and coaching, a bachelor degree and be proficient in English.

Applications are open until 30 September 2018. The one-year contract starts on 15 October and has a three-month probation period.
