Centre to host international and youth judge seminars in September
The World Archery Excellence Centre will host a combined international judge and youth judge seminar on 28-30 September 2018, open to eligible officials interested in upgrading their accreditation for duty at world tournaments.
Candidates for the international judge course must have three years experience as a continental judge, speak English and have judged at least one world ranking (our equivalent) tournament.
Candidates for the youth judge course must be national or continental judges and between the ages of 18 and 30 at the time of nomination.
Candidates will all require endorsement from their World Archery member federation.
The seminar modules will include judging philosophy, duties and procedures, venue set-up, rules, practical observations, case studies and a final examination.
