Athletes Committee election results announced

The World Archery Athletes Committee is the voice of athletes within the governance of World Archery.

Competitors at the World Archery Championships in Copenhagen voted for their four athlete representatives that comprise the committee, one each in the compound men, compound women, recurve men and recurve women divisions.

Reo Wilde , Ivana Buden , Oh Jin Hyek and Viktoriya Koval were each elected for a four-year term.

Viktoriya Koval is the only returning member of the previous committee. Matija Zlender , the field archery athlete representative, finishes his term in 2016 when the position will go up for election.

The committee will meet before the end of the week of competition in Copenhagen to discuss their priorities in representing the interests of athletes in World Archery.
