World Archery Oceania elects executive committee through 2022
World Archery Oceania’s congress elected three positions to its executive committee on 14 July.
Catherine Gougeon was elected vice president, Patsy Vercoe secretary general and James Larven treasurer. All three will serve for a four-year period until 2022.
Incumbent president Susanne Wormersley remains in place until 2020. Her four-year term started in 2016.
The continental congress was held immediately after the World Archery Oceania Championships, during which New Zealand and Australia each qualified a place to the Buenos Aires 2018 Youth Olympic Games.
As well as delegates from federations, World Archery’s development agent in Oceania, Robert Turner, attended the congress.
World Archery Oceania is the continental archery federation in Oceania.
