The Canadian Olympic Committee awards the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal to recognise personalities for their exceptional work within the Canadian high-performance sport community, for their tremendous contribution to the Canadian Olympic Movement and the advancement of sport in Canada. This year, the Nomination Committee selected 41 individuals, including Al WILLS.
Mr WILLS has been a long serving and committed volunteer to the sport of archery in numerous capacities, both in Canada and internationally, with a consistent display of keen and genuine passion, and love for archery. Under his strong leadership and direction, Canadian archery continues to grow and prosper.
World Archery wishes to congratulate Mr WILLS for this prestigious recognition.
