Archery GB searching for assistant para compound coach

The Assistant Compound Coach and Archery Technician position is full-time and based at Lilleshall National Sports Centre in Shropshire, UK.

Key responsibilities of the post will include the direct coaching of athletes on the Archery GB Paralympic performance programme working towards Rio 2016 and beyond, contribution to talent identification campaigns and the National Talent Development Programme and academy network, team management responsibilities at international events and technician work for both Olympic and Paralympic athletes.

Applicants should have excellent practical knowledge of compound archery equipment, experience coaching successfully and national/regional level and world-class standards in the sport of archery.

The closing date for applications is 12 November 2015. Interviews will be held on 20 November 2015.
